If you’re traveling without your bike, your ride is out of commission, or you just want to try something new, Tarantula Cycles offers bicycle rentals by the hour or by the day.

All rental bikes include a roadside flat-fix kit and water bottle cage.
Lights, helmets, and locks available upon request.

Please note during the offseason (generally November - April) we may have limited sizes or models of rental bikes as we sell off our demo fleet.
SALSA JOURNEYER (GRAVEL)
This is a versatile gravel bike that is a great vehicle to explore the scenic county roads surrounding Trinidad.
Available in sizes 49, 51, 53, 55, 57, or 60cm.
Sizes 51, 55, and 60 are Shimano Cues 1×10 with hydraulic brakes.
Sizes 49, 53, 55, and 57 is Shimano Sora 2×9 speed with mechanical brakes.

Sora build: $20 / hour $60 / day
Cues build: $25 / hour $70 / day
SALSA NOTCH ELECTRIC MOUNTAIN BIKE
These full suspension enduro eMTBs offer the Bosch pedal assist motor system and lots of plush travel so you can conquer Fishers Peak State Park with a little boost to help you climb!
Available in Small, Medium, or Large.

VELOTRIC ELECTRIC BIKES
Better suited for town or light gravel riding than for trails, we have one townie-style Velotric Tempo (no suspension, gravel tires) and one fat tire Velotric Nomad 2 (suspension fork, 4” tires) available to rent. These bikes offer pedal assist or throttle.
Tempo available in Regular/Small.
Nomad available in Large.
